Topics that affect people. Every six months, the Rotonda's events calendar is published as a binding element and leitmotif for the club community. The Rotonda's program of events brings the communicative life of the club community into focus; members gather regularly at events held on a variety of topics. The program addresses issues that are important to the future of business and culture. In this way, we connect your professional commitment with your interests for Cologne and the Rhineland, for economics, politics and society and look beyond the horizons of daily business. The Rotonda Gallery promotes exchange between the club and the visual arts and organizes regular exhibitions in cooperation with artists and galleries from the Rhineland region. Furthermore, the club cultivates a strong relationship with universities and the leading cultural institutions in the land.

High-quality foods – obtained primarily from regional farmers, suppliers and manufacturers we consider as our partners – spoil you with their natural, beneficial energy. Consciously adapt the body to well-being, gather fresh powers and realize new ideas together – the restaurant accompanies you through the day and the club greets you in the evening. Whether it’s for a cocktail, inside the restaurant or on the patio – for amuse-gueule or a pleasurable dinner: relaxation, letting yourself go, meeting people. Welcome to the club!

Clubrooms with international newspapers and Internet access are available for use on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (except Fridays). All club and conference rooms are air-conditioned and served by our restaurant. In principle, use of the rooms is free of charge for club members. To insure that everything goes according to your wishes, we ask that you make reservations early, including any requests you may have for staging your event.

After acceptance, club members receive a magnetic card which serves as their club ID. The card allows members to enter the club and to drive into or out of the underground parking garage. Members gain access to the clubrooms in the inner core of the building directly via staircase. The club ID also serves as a form of payment. As a rule, charges for food and beverages consumed are debited from the member’s account once a month. Account statements are mailed out to members once a month.

Twice a year, members receive the most important information regarding developments within the club as well as the latest club program. In addition, an Internet newsletter informs members about current club events and activities.

All relevant questions and issues concerning club life are reflected in the club’s website. An address listing for all club members is found in the member area, which is for internal use only. Every member receives log-in information which he/she can use to access the member area of the website, which is updated frequently.

Club offices can be contacted Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The office is available to take your room and restaurant reservations and answer any questions you may have regarding the club.

The Rotonda Business Club enables you to meet individuals, managers, executives, entrepreneurs and self-employed persons from various areas of business and private life. The Rotonda is part of the International Associate Clubs (IAC) network, which includes about 250 Clubs. Through the IAC network in Germany, in addition to our club in Cologne, you may also visit the six city clubs in Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Hannover and Munich. Furthermore, a partnership exists with the Airport Club at Frankfurt Airport, the Wirtschaftsclub in Düsseldorf, the Anglo-German Club in Hamburg, the Club Financiero Génova in Madrid and the Circulo del Liceo in Barcelona.

The following services are offered at extra charge: organization and staging of lecture events, arrangement of seminars, receptions, parties, private and professional functions, wine tasting and catering of all sizes and variations.
